What is the shack?

The shack is a mobile trailer unit that houses a real wood burning oven!

We light up the fire at around 4:30pm and by 5pm we are ready and waiting to serve authentic thin crust pizzas in a number of Oxfordshire villages.

Each pizza is no less than 10 inches in diameter and takes about 6 minutes to the box of which half of that time is spent in temperatures of around 350°C
